Condition of Entry

Conditions of Entry
1. Artists may submit up to three works. Please enclose a short cv.
2. Two dimensional works shoud not exceed 2.50m x 2.50m. Three dimensional works may have a base area of 1m x 1m and a height of 3m. All artworks must be provided with any necessary hanging or installation fixtures. 
3. To be considered for selection please complete the entry form, for each piece of work enclose a photograph of the whole piece plus a photograph of a detail or a photograph taken from a different angle. Label the photographs with your name, number, title, size and year. Slides and digital photographs cannot be accepted.
4. With the submission of photographs participants agree to their being published on workshop hannover e.v.`s homepage, in the press and if applicable in any publication on the exhibition.
5. Participants will be selected by a jury. The members of the jury as at present are Beatrijs Sterk (Textilforum), Gundula Manson (artist), Burkhard Scheller (object artist and chairman of workshop hannover e.v.), Ewe Dornis (artist) and Sybille Richter (artist).
6. Workshop hannover e.v. cannot insure the submitted works.
7. Please enclose a self- addressed envelope for your applications to be returned. 
8. The cost of delivering and returning the artworks cannot be met by workshop hannover e.v.
9. With the application participants accept the conditions of entry and commit themselves to complying with deadlines and allother points.

The closing date for applications: 15 September 2007
The closing date for submitting artworks: 11 January 2008
Work arriving any later cannot be included in the exhibitions.
Exhibition dates: 2 February - 8 March 2008 (Opening 1 February 2008 7 p.m.)
